This efficiently planned 30'x15' studio microhome is a relaxing and tranquil long or short term residence for any nature lover. The environmentally friendly design utilizes sustainable building materials, efficient and cost effective systems in order to maximize comfort and longevity of the structure. The simple and small plan makes this an affordable option for anybody looking for the perfect live-in or rental. The plan is includes all amenities a standard home would have in a compact and efficient layout.
